"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. "I had this beautiful bathroom made for my husband who had a serious physical limitations. The bathroom remodel gave him such ease to be able to shower and take care of himself. The young man, Ed, provided service that was top notch. We had an entire remodel of our bathroom from a jet tub to a standing shower with multiple showerheads, including body sprayers, overhead shower and handheld shower with new fixtures put in. He installed all new plumbing, and a pedestal sink to tie the whole new aesthetic and look together. He added handicap rails near the toilet and the shower for ease. He later added a bidet feature into my toilet. Everything is fully functional, water pressure is great and we are so happy with the result. Highly recommended plumber. "
