We had told the sales rep. from Day One that we wanted doors that replicated our matte doors. Oh, wait, we can order doors in a matte brown color! We moved ahead with signing a proposal that comprised manual garage doors (not automatic.) Over & over again, I told the sales that we wanted a receipt of our down payment and he agreed to this. When he appeared onsite at our home to review the proposal, he signed the *proposal* as our receipt. This happened after I asked him (and he agreed) to give us a receipt. It was **only** after my husband demanded a real receipt that Door Works sent us one. After we signed the proposal with information about locks being placed on the door, we learned that the door locks that get place"
