"I ordered an inspection $80 to be waived if this company did the work. The inspector was very knowledgeable. A report arrived promptly by U.S. Mail as requested. I scheduled the work, but the forecast was for rain, so I called to reschedule. (Water collects under my house in a storm and I didn't want subterranean work done due to risk of injury/presence of water.) There was a lot of push back on this, but the job was later rescheduled. Ole came out and did an excellent job of taking care of the termites. The inspector alerted me to the presence of a rat living in my attic--this was much appreciated and I called an exterminator. Ole reattached my clothes dryer vent, which runs underneath my house. That was also appreciated. His impromptu inspection of my foundation wasn't warranted, in my opinion, as I don't know his qualifications for that type of work."

Later we scheduled the work for the first week in December. We confirmed again as the time drew near... and his crew came out as expected and did the work. It was a good crew... I was happy with the way they pruned trees and it was easy to talk to the crew leader (spoke good English and was a good communicator). David came out at the beginning and end of the job and we went over details. It's clear the company knows trees and also knows the aesthetics of good pruning.
