"Well - experienced workers provided the various construction needs"

"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10.

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."

"Sonny listened carefully and considered our needs, and he advised us about what he thought would work best for our floor in a home we just bought. He did a great job matching wood where the floor needed repairs. He took care to keep the dust to a minimum. He responded quickly to our needs and worked quickly in a narrow time frame. The floor looks great. He also advised us about how to care for our floor. He is trustworthy and focused on the task. We are pleased with the work he and his team performed, and we would recommend him."
