"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. It would have cost so much more to bring in a repair pro. I like fixing things myself but don't always know how or what the issue is. From now on, I'm calling Neli Virtual Appliance Repair!"

"I recently had a warranty repair on my Samsung refrigerator done by AML Service. Maria, the office dispatcher, was fantastic. There was an issue with the serial number on Samsung's end, but Maria went above and beyond to get everything authorized. Communication throughout the process was excellent - they kept me updated on the status and timing of the service call. Honestly, AML's service was so impressive that I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future appliance repairs, even if it wasn't covered under warranty. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to get things fixed."

"Repaired my frig. and was willing to share expertise on possible next purchase. Knowledgeable, able and easy to work with"

"They were quick to respond. Set up the appointment and tested our gas oven."

"Armen was great! I called on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing on Sunday. He was on time and ready to fix my oven door (which I tried to clean and couldn't get back on). He was very professional and fixed the door in no time. I'd hire Armen anytime."

"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"Great service! They were very straight forward and straight shooters. No B.S. and very honest. Even helped teach me how to fix the problem in the future and even helped talk me through options for possible other fixes of appliances I was having issues with but were not broken (while they were fixing the dishwasher that needed repair) Great company! I would Highly recommend them.

"The repair of our tenant's oven was on time, promptly completed and reasonably priced - we couldn't ask for better service!"

"Appliance Tech DR was GREAT! Timely same day arrival, knowledgable, affordable, and fixed everything including finding broken wires that were causing the ice maker not to work. He even dropped by the next day to check on the temperature of the refrigerator after service. Thats going above and beyond!"
