"Liquid Foundation Repairs installed a French Drain in my backyard a few months ago. I waited with my review to make sure that it woks. Had lots of rain since then and it works like a champ! Troy is very respectful, reliable and knowledgeable. Both him and his crew are punctual and hard working. The wok couldn’t be started right away due to lots of water and mud. Meantime, Troy called me several times so that we can agree on the proper time to start the job. They had a hard time because the entire work area was still a mess. They worked hard for several days and did an awesome job! I had a big tree trunk that fell over from the golf course next to my backyard and flattened my fence. They disposed of it and fixed the fence without charging a dime! They specialize in multiple jobs, so hire them with confidence! You won’t be disappointed!"

I'm extremely pleased with all facets of this installation.  Mike handled the initial survey and quote and arrived promptly on schedule.  We discovered that the foundation drain had failed and allowed water to remain trapped along that wall, which caused the problem to recur during persistent heavy rain.  We discussed several options I had considered, and he explained the Aqua-Guard system, the complete installation process, thoroughly answered all of my questions, and left me with a written estimate, along with additional material to review at my leisure.  His approach made more sense than the competition, was very competitive price-wise, and included a warranty that was far superior to the competition, so I chose Aqua-Guard and we set an installation date several weeks into the future.

The office called in advance to confirm the installation date.  Brandon and his crew showed up exactly on schedule to begin the installation.  Brandon again explained the system and answered all questions, then the crew began work.  The crew was quick, efficient, and the workmanship was outstanding.  They initially estimated that the job would take a complete day, but they were able to complete their work in approximately 6 hours.  Later that afternoon, Brandon arrived precisely at the agreed-upon time and performed a final inspection and handled any final questions before receiving payment. 

I could not have imagined a more positive experience.  Aqua-Guard precisely met every scheduled appointment, the quality of their work was outstanding, they were courteous and professional in their behavior, and the cost was below the average of the firms I consulted and precisely in line with the initial estimate..  They completed the job ahead of schedule and left the work area cleaner than they found it.  I can't think of a single thing they could have done to make the experience any better.  Aqua-Guard has my highest recommendation!

"My crawlspace was wet, moldy, and just nasty. The insulation was soaking wet and it smelled awful. "I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

"We had a part of our roof which had rotted away. I called them up around March 15th 2012, and since it was a small job they were going to squeeze us in when they had a half day open. Eventually August was when it was repaired. This is ok because other than severly heavy rain, the roof didn't leak. Also our area was hit recently by bad flooding so I know they were busy. But they came out and got the roof replaced in that half day and it looks great!
