"I called looking to get a reverse osmosis water system in my kitchen.  My sales agent was on time and was very knowledgeable.  Took the time to review my whole system and even suggested they connect the system to my fridge and to my sink which I did not know was possible.  Installer was was on-time and efficient.  My only complaint was that I need to have a hole drilled for the faucet.  Angel did not tell me when the granite company was arriving to drill the whole and I had to call them.  Better scheduling is needed.  Besides that, the team was responsive and answered questions.  System works great."

Nick was able to provide great references for suppliers of the various materials/install needed for the project (e.g. tile, custom vanity, paint, quartz/granite, shower glass, fixtures, etc.), which all worked out well and we subsequently referred a supplier to a friend for another job (custom vanity).
