"We are very happy with Premier Windows. The quality and installation work was efficient and professional. We ordered just before the covid19 lockdown began, and wondered how it would come together. Being older, we worried about letting a crew into our home, but decided it would be a go. The crew wore masks, worked quickly and were conscientious of distancing. The workmanship was excellent, the product is of great quality, and we found Pat Patel, the company rep, honest and informative. Pricing, while still expensive, at $5950, was approximately 1/3 less than other estimates. We would definitely hire again, and will highly recommend."

"Dave not only installed the window well covers he custom made for my wells, but he identified an unsafe escape ladder and repaired it at no additional charge. He also removed the existing grate and recycled it for me. Great company with which to work! Highly recommend them."

"I had such a small project to repair 3 window panes in my garage, several contractors thought it wasnt worth their time. 20/20 came out, gave me an estimate and repaired the window panes quickly. I will definately call them when I have another glass project."

"Everything was done great except some defective screens. Also My lawn by the window was muddied up and I need to have fixed."

"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."

"Hired Jim to do a repair of a rotted garage header. He was great to work with. I wasn't on site while he was doing the repair, but he was very good about communicating status updates and responding to my questions promptly, even on weekends and in the evenings. He went out of his way to fit us in his schedule quickly and was very flexible to ensure that his work led to minimum disruptions (including securing our garage every night unlike other contractor proposals). The final product was outstanding. Highly recommended."

"I called to get a quote. They came out the same day with a reasonable quote and returned the next day to fix the window. The repairman was right on time, was courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend the company."

"We needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. The two gentlemen who installed the window did a phenomenal job with great attention to detail. Overall a fantastic experience."

"We have seen one of the brands before that he shown us and really like it but then Eli mentioned Andersen 100 series. Reviews of Andersen is highly protected. The only reviews I could find online are through contractors and Andersen themselves. We would really consider the Andersen window but the price is slightly too high from our budget as well as the other brand window we looked at. We have had several estimates for our house and the average price was $4000 cheaper than the Anderson windows.
Some sales reps are pushy but Eli is very professional. He is very informative. Eli spoke to me and my wife equally and with respect to our questions. Due to us wanting Eli to bring out the Alside window he didn't have the Andersen with him at the first visit. Then Eli set up a second appointment to show us the Andersen window. With the second visit he brought with him the Andersen window and the quote but didn't push the topic and instead reviewed what it stated.
Great thing about Opal is they provide a company to offer financing. With the way the economy has been it's a hard decision to dump alot of money out of savings for windows so it's nice knowing there are more options to get a remodel completed. Most companies we spoke with don't offer financing and instead want payment in full by the end of installation.
All in all, we would hire Opal if the Andersen price would come down to our requested amount. We will do a followup and let you know if the project gets completed and by whom.

"Working with Mike at Everlast was seemless and easy. He and his team were available to be with my insurance adjuster to get the claim accepted. Once the claim was accepted, the window wrap was done in 2 days and the roof was completed within 2 weeks thanks to open days in the calendar. The team completed the work in one day and Mike had his team come out if I had concerns or questions (which I didn’t). I would definite use him again and have shared the information around the neighborhood. My next door neighbor used him first and had an issue with his new siding and his grill. Mike came out and replaced the melted section with no charge. Mike works hard to have satisfied clients and continues to support even after the job is completed. 10 stars if I could."
