"My installation went very well. Out of 4 companies that I requested an estimate from, this is the only company that contacted me and quickly."

"Andrew did a great job installing a mini split system that I did not have the time to do. Great communication and work quality."

"I contacted Unique Indoor Comfort, among others, to obtain a proposal for replacement of my furnace and air conditioning system. Unique took measurements off all the rooms (for sizing calculations), answered all my questions, and provided me with a written proposal with several system options ranging in cost. Some other contractors that had estimated this job had failed to either take measurements or provide a detailed written proposal. Although Unique did not have the cheapest proposal for this work, I felt most comfortable choosing Unique for the job because of their professional approach to the work, their ability to answer my questions, and their well-detailed proposal. The installation took one day. The contractors wore booties and put down cloths to keep my carpet clean when moving equipment. The installation went well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. The only issue I had was that the installation team forgot to install an upgraded piece of duct work. This duct piece only affected the efficiency of the system, not the operation, but it was included in the contract and touted by Unique as a benefit of their installation. After I noticed this and contacted Unique, they apologized and sent someone to install the upgrade within a few days. Overall, I am very satisfied with the system and the installation."

"This company replaced our old furnace and central air units and they were wonderful to deal with from the first phone call to the installation."

"I had Jason F. Visit my home to repair my Central A/C. My overall experience was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very professional and polite. He didn't mind one but answering all of my questions, and allowing to watch and learn as he work. I would recommend him any day, and will ask for him when calling for future servicing. My scheduling of the appointment was very professional and left me feeling at ease in a stressful time. The text messaging system that provide the customer with a quick picture, and quick bio of the technician is awesome. It allows customers who may feel vulnerable in allowing a stranger into there home a bit of piece of mind and comfort. Fantastic company and thank you for the hard work."

"We had a new heater installed by this company. The process was so easy. Everything was explained with detail from start to finish. We also used them for routine services. They always respond promptly and come out quickly. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services."

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"I needed a new ductless heating/AC system, and Horizon Services was not the cheapest of the quotes I got but they stood behind their work with a 5-year warranty on both parts AND labor, which nobody else offered. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them."

"Professional all the way. Good design. Excellent Mitsubishi products. Installation team was polite and effective. Only took day and a half, just like they said it would. Also offered 0% financing offer could not be beat. System required a few minor tweaks. They came out immediately at no cost. Very happy with the experience and new A/C."

"Great personality, very precise with the description of work to be performed, showed up on time, completed the job in a timely matter and workers were great and installed the unit with ease. Very professional group that worked together as a team."
