He even gave me alternatives for helping myself if something were to arise again. He told me to let it run and he’d back the following day if needed. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

"It went great. Dan is an honest and straightforward businessman. He explains all your options clearly and doesn't try to oversell services. He is responsive and the quality of work is excellent. Our HVAC system was getting old and was very inefficient, so we proactively replaced both units. When he gave me the quote, I pushed for a more expensive AC unit as it seemed more efficient. Dan explained that in our climate, we would gain little from the additional efficiency, since the difference was so little. I'm sure selling a more expensive unit would have benefited him, but I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend his services."
