Tracy never pressured us into any of the other work, just let us know that if and when we wanted to do the work, he would give us an estimate and provide references as well. All work was guarenteed.The more we worked with Tracy and his son Jake, the more we knew that when they said they would do something, they meant it.They were always on time and if there ever was going to be a problem Tracy would call ahead and let us know.If I had a question, I never had a problem getting in contact with Tracy, he either answered my call right away or returned my call within the hour or less. Any concerns were addressed right away and taken care of. We had problems with the siding, a product defect,nothing to do with his work.After replacing the siding and still having the same problem, he upgraded our siding without any additional cost to us!
