Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."

"We were unaware of an extra-large build-up of lint in our dryer.  The lint eventually caught fire and we had a small fire inside our dryer.  Fortunately, the fire did not spread and nothing was damaged except for the dryer.  We called SOS to see if the dryer could be repaired -- we were thinking it would need to be replaced.  The technician came out, inspected the dryer and told us it could definitely be salvaged.  We were thrilled.  He worked on the dryer immediately, but had to schedule the vent cleaning a few days later.  However, we were not charged until the vent cleaning was completed.  SOS provided me with one of the best experiences I have had with a repair company.  I was thrilled with the end result!"

"Been having problems with garbage disposal and the pipes underneath sink loosened up. Decided that didn't want the disposal anymore. Gave Chris a call and got appointment scheduled. They were prompt and got the work done neatly. Removed the disposal and fixed and replacednecessary piping. Also decided to have them remove two soap dispensers that were not functioning and since then I bought two faucet hole plugs and put those in. Everything is working great.
