Flexible Plumbing came to my house, told them what I thought I needed...they came back in two minutes, ask me to check the water and it worked. He informed there was an obstruction to contacts on the pump. He was in a position to charge me a lot of money, could of very easily charged me up to $1000 for a new pressure tank. Then he was nice to inform me there was no charge,"

"I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.
