"I called Jeter's and Barbara answered the phone and I told her I needed to have my house measured so I could get an estimate for carpet and my kitchen flooring. I was surprised to hear she could come out the next day after being told by others to wait a week or more, and at a cost at some. Barbara showed up on time and measured my house and got back with me the next day I think and to my surprise was considerably cheaper then my other estimates. We scheduled the install and the next week my installers showed up on time and were neat, clean and professional. They had to disassemble my furniture and reassemble it to put in the carpet, and did so better then the furniture store I bought it from. And all without a scratch. As. For my kitchen we ran into a problem with how the original floor was installed and the owner Kim came to my house to sit down with me and we worked out a solution that worked, and more importantly made me a happy, and no doubt a return customer. "Scott and his brother Brent were extraordinary. They started early each day and completed portions of the project while also using portions of their daily schedule to complete other projects in process. They began the work on the exact day, Tuesday, August 7th that Scott had scheduled approximately 2 & 1/2 months prior. On the first day, they had taped up all cabinets and areas to be sealed off and had done practically all of the initial sanding on 5 rooms by 2 o'clock. By the second day, all sanding prep was completed and stain applied. By Saturday, August 11th, all three coats of oil based polyurethane had been applied and the job was complete. When we returned home, we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful our refinished floors looked. We could not have asked for a better job (or better price). These guys really are top notch contractors and I would highly recommend them for any hardwood flooring projects."

"Damion with Kohmar Air Duct Cleaning came to my sister’s home on May 13, 2019, to inspect the system and offer an estimate for duct cleaning. Less than three months prior, Bradley Mechanical had cleaned the ducts after a complete mold remediation of the home, but there were unusually high dust and mold levels in the weeks following. This was very odd because the home had been completely clean and dust free upon completion of the remediation. Damion, certified by the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association), immediately saw something wrong. There were no holes in the basement duct work where Bradley’s crew could have inserted their vacuum. Damion said that a number of holes should have been drilled for a system that size. He suggested a video inspection, where a camera is run down into the ducts to record their condition. Despite a very tight schedule, Damion was able to fit the video inspection in on May 23. Brian Kohring, the owner, also came along. The results of the inspection were astonishing. The photos showed that the basement duct work had not been cleaned at all. Damion and Brian kept in touch with me via cell phone calls, texts and photos that afternoon and throughout the evening. They were at the same time kind and supportive with me and appalled with Bradley Mechanical. Damion has been immensely helpful and empathetic throughout the entire process. I can’t speak highly enough of Damion and Kohmar. If I had investigated duct cleaning as thoroughly as I read up on mold remediation before hiring a contractor, I would have recognized the value of the NADCA certification and hired Kohmar instead."

"Eric, John, Bobby, Jack, and others treated my house like it was theirs. They dealt with my waffling on the stain color, including staining a total of about 12 sample spots on my floor on 3 different occasions trying to find something to my liking. They also were unfazed by the couple of unexpected things that popped up, as they will with any renovation job. They provided a tentative schedule at the start and stuck to it. Having the floors sanded, stained and sealed while you are living in the house is not a painless undertaking, but having them stay on schedule made it bearable because we knew the end date. The outcome of the job dwarfs the inconvenience of the process. The floor is absolutely awesome. There used to be raised metal vents in the floor. Now there are flush-mount, color-matched, wooden vents (see picture.) You don't see them unless you look for them and you won't feel them if you happen to walk on them. The shoe molding is also perfectly matched. There is no difference between the old and new sections (see picture.) Between their "sandless" equipment, sealing off areas, and cleaning up behind themselves, there was no sawdust for me to clean up. (I did have to change out my furnace filters.) Nothing but good things to say. All contractors and home-renovation jobs should be this good."
