"This is a "Mom and Pop" business. Both came for the estimate. We got a written estimate; I reviewed it and agreed to hire them. Their estimate was reasonable and below another estimate. The work was done on the agreed upon days and completed on time. The grout was gleaned, repaired and the color changed as promised. The whole experience with these folks was very positive and would/will use them if we have another grout/tile issue. Highly recommend them."

"Jay did a fabulous job on my grout. I previously tried to clean the very soiled and stained grout in my powder room with over the counter products, all to no avail. A professional cleaning company came to clean it and tested a spot and told me they could not clean it so they left. I was at wits end. I called Jay as a last resort. He came and assessed the situation and assured me that he could get the grout cleaned and looking like new. Jay not only was able to clean the grout, but he also stained it a darker color, and sealed it as well. It looks fabulous now and I am extremely pleased. She is detailed oriented and goes behind furniture, includes windowsills, ceiling fans etc. She is energetic, always is upbeat and cheerful.She is very accommodating if I need her to change a pattern for the cleaning . Brings her own cleaning products and cloths, remove trash when she leaves. When she leaves here I feel like my house has been blessed.!!"

"Treated myself to a Big Deal for $99 (6 hrs of cleaning, or 3hrs with 2 people). This is the 2nd time I’ve had someone clean my house, the previous time was also an Angie’s List Big Deal, about 2 years ago. I was so pleased with their services. Paula and her co-worker worked diligently and left my house sparkling. I have a split level home, about 1,500 square feet, occupied by 4 adults and a furry dog. When Paula arrived we discussed my priorities. They were the 3 bathrooms (one was especially in rough shape) and the kitchen. I told her anything else would be bonus as far as I was concerned. They did a great job with the bathrooms and the kitchen, and on top of that vacuumed the living/dining room, hallway & stairs, and mopped the tile floor in my family room. It was so wonderful to have this taken care of before the holiday season."
