I live in a very rural area and the roads had not yet been sanded or cleared. When he got to a very steep hill, his van would not make it and so HE WALKED. That's right. Rather than leave me without heat, Reggie WALKED at least two miles. In the snow. Freezing cold. I believe that most companies would have turned around and gone back to town. I see the negative reviews but they're more than 3 years old. I've used Honest Abe's for a while now and have always been happy with the work that Kody did and now I'm recommending Reggie as well. I'll continue to use them."

"We had a very good experience with our Bathroom Remodel. Basically, the bathroom was gutted. Dylan was the representative that helped us through the design process. He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left. Extremely pleasant to have in our home. They kept us informed along the way and paid attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the end results, job well done. Our project was a complex approx. 1000 sq ft deck replacement involving amendments to original footprint as well as salvaging and integrating an original unique gazebo roof into the new build...not your regular build...but the patience and respect that representative Glen had for my many nuanced design / cost concerns yielded perfect results. I imagine any project less complex and more straight forward than ours would be a cakewalk to perfection for this organization. Demolition of old deck: Zero mess, and it was a massive rotten cedar deck Build Time: Only delay was weather related, finished within couple wks of estimate Build Quality: Used local craftsman that were so precise with cuts that I'm not entirely sure how they did some of the more complex ones; very sharp looking. **If you compare estimates, as anyone should, and you find cheaper enough to make a difference in your builder decision you will reduce the quality of the finished product not going with this company**"
