"Tigran did an amazing job communicating the scope of work, diagnosing the problem and ensuring that the future health and life of the machine was long. He also was able to identify a serious issue I had no idea existed, which was black mold in the washer rubber ring. He made some recommendations, was not pushy at all very polite and courteous. When asked to wear shoe covers he agreed and came prepared with his own. I would definately rehire and recommend going forward for other jobs I may have with this house or any other future house appliances. "
