However, I asked to remove water stains on our terracotta floors and the sales rep thought we would see a big difference and unfortunately, we did not. In fact, there are now brush strokes on our tiles and they are slick due to the sealant. "Chris showed up on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me answers to some of the sealing questions I had about the tile and brick that I recently had installed by another contractor. He gave me a written estimate on the spot, and we were able to book an appointment fairly quickly given his booked schedule. Due to weather we had to reschedule, but on the rescheduled date of the work Chris' crew showed up on time. Chris also showed up to re-confirm the specifics of the job, and then his crew finished everything in one day. The work his company did on our brick looks amazing, and has made a marked improvement on the look of our brick pathway, driveway and firepit. His crew also cleaned and buffed (there's a more technical term, but I've forgotten it) and grouted some very expensive outdoor cement tile that had been sitting out exposed for several months. They look like new now!"
