"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. A proposal was explained by him and adjustments were made base on our concern. He accommodated our request and went above and beyond to ensure our system was working properly after the job was done. "After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."
