After telling them about the problem they charged us to keep coming out just to discuss the issue (despite having photos and record or the system and issues and goals) and when we couldn't agree on a price and asked them to uphold their guarantee, they refused. They also said that even though they had been out twice to assess, they couldn't confirm whether or not it was freeze damage. I will never work with this company again and am considering buying decals for my vehicle to warn others of their ethics (or lack of)."
