"Alex Malone has been out to repair our old dryer and our dishwasher. In both instances he went out of his way to get the repairs completed that day. I had a house full of people when my dishwasher broke. A holiday weekend was coming up and Alex was completely booked. He came back later in the day and fixed it. We were so thankful. Alex is knowledgeable and a great person. We have total confidence in him! We have and will continue to use his services!"

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Michael was one of the best service technicians that I have ever used. He was conscientious, knowledgeable, & efficient in his work. He called ahead to notify me that he would arrive within a certain time and was true to his word. As a retired technical person, I have a good feel when a technician is performing or faking (I usually never disclose that until after the job). He also followed up a few days later. I highly recommend A Grade Appliance Service."

"Outstanding service from the initial communication to the repairman and follow up support with our home warranty. Paul was as helpful as a technician as we have ever had in our home."

"I had excellent service and more than likely to call him again.  His estimate was $75 which I thought was fair.
