You can imagine our delight when they started the project on the actual Day promised ( we thought it had to be misunderstooding and they got their days mixed up) Now this is where it really starts getting spooky...... The workers arrived every day and acted like we the homeowners where the most important thing in the world. Not it get really crazy.....they finished 2 weeks before promised and wouldn’t let me pay them in full until my wife came back from out of town and put her stamp of approval on the job. "They arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job."

"Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."
