"I originally called Paul to have him inspect/service our existing fireplace. He was punctual and very knowledgable and gave us some much needed information on how the system works and answered a bunch of questions for us. We then decided it might be nice to upgrade our system to something more modern (i.e. get rid of the gold trimmed glass and get a system with a remote). He recommended an awesome place for us to go to where we had an equally great experience. After the system came in, Paul picked it up for us and brought it with him for the install.
