From tub replacements and shower replacements to walk-in showers and walk-in tubs, new cabinets, and cabinet refacing, we aim to provide you with a high-quality product at an affordable price.

The sales guy Aaron told us what a great company they are, BBB A+ rating, Good housekeeping guarantee, factory trained certified installers. showed us awesome pictures of jobs they did. We were so excited. Chris Mooney the production manager came out to measure. The assistant production manager came out by his self to do the installation. I let him set up in my garage thinking I would get a great installation. The install took 4 days, on day 3 I voiced concerns that the panels had a rough edge, he said it would look fine when he finished. Well, it looks like a rough edge with caulk on it. Thats just the start of this poor installation. I don't think these people know what plumb and square is. Overall, poor installation. then they decided they could fix it for another $5,600. initial price after discounts $16,830. I highly recommend staying clear of SHO PRO of INDIANNA."

Work was completed in less than the time specified and the installer, Aaron was great to work with. Had a problem with the toilet after three months and they were great about coming back to fix it. The fix didn’t work though and instead of messing with another repair, they just replaced it with a brand new one. We would definitely recommend this company."

"Nightmare experience with pump and heater installation! 1) Service technician, Jeff, took my original pump without asking my permission. 2) Service technician, Jeff, cut the sand filter discharge line to allow dolly access for the heater installation AND did not replace the discharge line. 3) Service technician, Jeff, did not return as promised to complete the install the following day. I waited 6 days for Service Tech, Jeff, to return with parts and Leslie's Customer Service Dept just informed me Service technician, Jeff, marked my installation 'COMPLETE'. 4) 6 days (and counting) without a working pump and heater."

"Lowes deserves less than 0 stars for a paid job of nearly $2000. We ordered interior doors and installation on 10/20/2023. They lost the order. The lead assessment was never done. We finally got an install date for 12/1. They called on the 1st to cancel due to rain. We called them back and got an install date of 12/6. They texted on the 5th (today) to reschedule for the 14th. We called today to ask why. No help there; they lost our order AGAIN but promised to look into it. We were on hold for 18 minutes and then they hung up. We called back yet again. The next representative was rude and wouldn't listen. Another 13 minutes wasted with no resolution. Our next step is going back to the store for a refund. Enough is ENOUGH."
