"Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again."

Our water heater gave out and I called around to multiple plumbers for an estimated cost and timeline, Other plumbers could not come out right away to assess my plumbing needs. "Alex with 805 Plumbing was quick to respond to our request for help with our septic system. He offered options for us to deal with the problem, and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed our situation with the use of a camera. I never felt pressure to take a path that would be more expensive, and every step of the way I was kept informed of what he had discovered. I am confident that our problems were efficiently taken care of, and although I would not wish septic problems on anyone I would recommend Alex and 805 Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Alex is a reliable, fairly priced, professional, and experienced plumber, and I will use him again in the future."

"Impressed! Johnathan and Gio were so professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. I had the unfortunate experience of a root intrusion in my sewage drain and these guys made it right! They worked hard and made sure we still had use of bathrooms during the project. It wasn't the cheapest but when I saw the skill level everyday, I believe I got what I paid for and this isn't something you want to be cheap on when its under the slab! Top notch all around and the attention to detail was commendable, well done guys!"
