"He showed up promptly at 8 am. Came in, took a look at the water damage, and the drain hole in the balcony. He provoded me with some insight on how the works usually go and what to expect. I am going to try one of his suggestions to quickly fix the leak, but of that did not work, i will need a more drastic fix."

We contacted them and another installer came out and did a super job. He basically had to redo it. He did and it came out great.
