During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The company showed up and after providing a reasonable quote to do the carpets, my tenant asked about cleaning the tile in the house, and the price that was quoted was absolutely outrageous. My tenant did not know any better and paid the nearly $600 to clean 1000sq ft of tiling.
