"Theinstallation of two bow windows went quickly and smoothly. It took the workers approximately six hours for installation and the house was left neat and clean.in the past we got price quotes from other companies and their prices were comparable. Actually the price may have been better since last quote we got was about five years ago. The windows look great in the trimwork around the frame greatly appreciate improves the look of the rooms. <br />"

"Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced. "

"We needed our free-standing shower replaced. This included replacement of some tile outside the shower, and cosmetic repair of part of a wall in our bedroom. Big bathroom contractors like Luxury Bath told us we would have to get separate contractors for each of those projects. Bob took care of everything. In addition, it turned out that our shower was not a standard size and required a custom design. Bob handled this as well. Due to this, the project lasted longer than initially expected as the shower glass had to be specially ordered. However, we now have a rain-drop glass shower with rain shower head and hand-held sprayer that blends in with our existing master bath. Bob's tile work is beautiful. We got the shelf in the shower we wanted as well as our choice of tile and design (Bob met me at a tile store of my choosing to pick out the tiles for the entire project). Importantly, Bob kept within the budget agreed upon. He consulted with us throughout the project so we were always aware of where things stood and understood when the project was delayed."
