Our neighbor did not like the idea of having such a high testing cost because they felt like Chesapeake was trying to force them to use them so they would not loose the testing fee. So, I would highly recommend the company and I don't think someone would be disappointed with the work, but if you are looking to shop around first, I guess you might want to get mold testing done by someone else if you don't want to feel the pressure that the huge testing expense creates. Of course we are not sure the testing of the two companies is equal, but this is something to consider. In our case, after talking with Jim and having an estimate and description of the work that would be done, we were comfortable doing the testing because we knew we wanted to go ahead with the work with Chesapeake once the results were in. <br />"
