"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. Non better to do business with!"

"John and his crew did an excellent job of painting the whole exterior of the house. They did everything John said they would do plus. Everything was better than I expected. I would recommend John and his crew to anyone that needs a house painted."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"Jude is a terrific contractor and a pleasure to work with. He was patient, professional, and honest, and the work he and his team did on our home was first rate.  We plan to hire Jude and his crew again for a second phase of renovations on our home.  All of the guys who worked with Jude on our home were true craftsmen, and we look forward to working with them all again soon. <br />"

"Superb work ethic and attention to detail. We hired them to do a family room addition, 2 bathroom renovation, relocate our main front door and added a deck. They also did the flooring throughout the upper level of our home, added a secondary exterior door next to our garage. A few highlights about these gentlemen… It is seldom to come across respectful, trustworthy, very easy to work with, efficient, committed to excellence, and very focused individuals, and they are just that and more! They come to work with huge smiles on their faces. They were very professional and provided communication throughout the entire project. They truly went above and beyond to make us happy. We are very grateful for their time and commitment to complete the project. We love these guys! We will definitely hire them again =)"

"<p>We recommend this contractor.</p> <p><strong>Background.</strong>  This was our first project since the construction of the house in 10 years.  We researched the options of wood and metal buildings.  The cost of each was about the same.  However, the metal building was a quicker and durable option. </p> <p><strong>Contractor Choice.</strong>  We chose the contractor due to the price, the interview with the owner, their website, and a testimonial; we visited a previous job site where they did a similar project.  In general, the owner was more responsive and professional than the other contractors.  The other companies seem less professional and some were just odd.  The local contractor business in our area is competitive but not cheap.  </p> <p><strong>Foundation. </strong> Overall, the survey, land clearing, and laying the A/B aggregate went well.  We chose to hire an additional contractor to clear more land to expedite their work and for other projects.  Foundation framing and cement work went according plan.  During this phase, we were very much involved with their work since we need to integrate our other requirements into the foundation.  We needed to run water and power conduits into the foundation before the pouring of the concrete.  In addition, we prepared a portion of the foundation to support an in ground carlift.  All these actions required us to coordinate closely with the construction team.  Though our special modifications may have been a deviation from their standard work, they were more than willing to work with us to accommodate each special request and let us do the portions of the work we intended to do ourselves.  In addition, we were welcome to ask questions and review the work daily to ensure that there were no misunderstandings or incorrect expectations.   We enjoyed working with both the owner Caleb and his site lead, Calvin.</p> <p><strong>Erection.  </strong>We elected to wait 30 days to begin the erection after the pouring of foundation.  The erection went without any major incident. Caleb's crew performed all of the work for this portion, and did so at remarkable speed.</p> <p><strong>Follow-up.  </strong>We required a follow up visit to fix one of the overhead roll up garage doors that came off its track.  The contractor responded within a reasonable time and completed the work without issue.<br /> Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, from bid through construction to completion. We recommend you consider this vendor for your next construction project.</p> <br />"

"The exterior window reduction work can't be separated from the original construction: plaster and painting jobs excellent. Removal of tub and old shower carefully done and they cleaned up afterwards very well every night. Linen closet door and pocket doors were delivered to Sierra Remodeling/ReBath a few days late but effect on construction progress was minor. Crews were all very friendly and careful, all cleaned up thoroughly each day. We asked for some retouches of internal paint and plaster jobs which they agreed was needed, they apologized spontaneously, and they repaired the work promptly. Most of the interior paint and plastering were well done so finding a few spots to touch up and redo was a bit of a surprise to us, but they promptly took care of them. Conclusion, they do excellent work and want customers happy with their results...but inspect yourself! From our experience, that caution is always appropriate with any contractor."

"Fantastic! Bob's crew was wonderful and did an A+ job! We couldn't have asked for a better outcome, the kitchen looks like it took 3 months instead of 3 weeks! Everyone we dealt with thru Bob was professional and offered advise when we needed it. Bob was always available by text and email and kep't us from being stressed out due to his calm and cool nature. A special "shout out" to Pamela with Highland's Flooring and Jude with HomeCo. both vendors that Bob does business with and great to deal with regarding suggestions and knowledge on products, etc.. We will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms next summer and you can bet we will be using Bob with B3 again!"

"We enjoyed working with Jamie and his contractors. The work was neatly done and the new garage blends beautifully with the existing home. His cabinet company also built custom cabinets for the new garage office. Jamie was very accurate on cost estimates and very responsive to our ideas and concerns throughout the project. We would definitely work with him on future projects and recommend him to others. <br />"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Mormon-lake, AZ

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
