Even before hiring, Tim saved us over $20k by giving simple advise. We’ve so far worked with them to repair our ceiling and attic framing. They continued to save by being create and flexible. More importantly, their quality of work and care speaks for itself. This is the first of many repairs they have lined up for us so stay turned as we will report back. You won’t be disappointed working with Tim and his team."

"I highly recommend Floyd and sons for any project you may have. They were timely, professional, competitive and extremely easy to work with. I hired them to remove an old double glass door. The door was no longer functional and outdated. They had a custom door made to perfectly fit the existing build out. The new installation was a two door single motion exit door with windows. They installed it and painted it to perfectly match my building exterior. I even added a small entry ramp for deliveries and they handled it perfectly. They did so good I immediately hired them for another small job I had on my list."

"Joe came by to give an estimate, of our siding repair. It was a small job, so he fixed it while he was here! Great work at a good price."

"Integrity 1st Roofing acted exactly as their name indicated. They were quick with responding to our inquiries, estimating the work, and delivering the work. They worked around our schedules to complete the work, and gave us detailed instructions on what they would need for the work they performed on the house while we were away. Everything was very professional, they cleaned our yard of any debris, and overall we had an excellent experience with them. They came at a time when a wind storm had done some major damage to the front of our house, and worked quickly to resolve the issue."

"Very responsive to my initial email. Set an appt for a few days later when he quickly worked in problem spots. It turned out very well, better than expected. Would most definitely hire again."

"When I posted the job request on Angie’s List, Shawn (the owner of the company) responded within minutes The other companies, the BIG GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES didn’t bother responding, -at all. My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. Also, the additional lighting it provides in my garage nicely lights up the area where my tools and work area is."

"He did my next door neighbor's roof so had good idea of how his crew worked, plus knew what she pd him. After doing my due diligence by securing at least 4 estimates from other companies, he still came out on top, both in price & his professionalism. He had FULL shingles of all colors, unlike some companies that only have sm ones you can't really get a good picture of; I had gone online to the shingle company & used tool to see what would look like on my house also. Turns out my insurance paid for everything in full (totally unexpected as I had 3 layers on), so I was ecstatic all the way around. Owner Gary Brown outstanding in his explanations, super quick installation after initial meeting ( done in 2 days, Sun & Mon, which was Memorial Day!) I definitely recommend him!"

"Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
Thanks
