He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. "Main sewer line back up due to root damage resulted in slow draining toilets and tubs late afternoon. Bob & Marc couldn't get anyone out before 5 pm due to heavy workload and understaffing and indicated that overtime rates may apply.
