He emphasized to me the ease with which I could do it myself renting equipment. He also evaluated a minor water problem I have in my basement and-unlike many contractors, who might call for tearing up concrete to get at the root of the problem -- came to an accurate assessment of the root of my problem and did not suggest my hiring him to deal with the problem. The company clears seeks to do jobs and resolve homeowners problems with honesty/integrity and not to simply make money.
