"The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
