"Josh arrived on time for our appointment. We mentioned we did not have hot water. He initially checked whether there was power to both the lower and upper thermostats on the hot water heater. Finding no power for both thermostats, he then checked the main power line to the water heater. Once again, there was no power. He checked the circuit board and found the circuit breaker had been inadvertently shut off. After turning the circuit breaker to the on position, he did hear the water heater beginning to heat water. He also gave us advice on servicing the water heater in the future along with possible additions of a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit to offset the hard water from our town water system. "Glenn is a great salesman. I very much appreciated how up front and honest he was about his products. It became clear to me very quickly that I wanted to consider going with them for my purchase. I asked Glenn the same questions repeatedly for a few days until I had understood everything I was uncertain about. He was more than patient and willing to help me. I ended up going with the higher end water conditioner unit. Install went relatively smoothly. My house was not pre plumbed for a water softener, so there was some extra work involved. His contractors were friendly. They didn't mind me watching the install as I was intrigued by the whole process. When they left they made sure to clean up any mess they had made. The install location was a big of a compromise from what I originally wanted, but I think it will work just fine. At the end of the day I couldn't get the other companies to give me quotes, come out to my home for a face to face, and the prices I did see from the competition was not anywhere near ballpark for Fresh Mountain in regards to quality and value.
