"Cleaning went  well. My mom's house had just sold, and we were cleaning the carpet for the buyers. Greg was clear about what the company could and could not do about the dirt and wear on the light-colored carpeting. A standard steam cleaning a year ago by another company hadn't done much for the dirt and wear tracks. Surface Surgeons' method did a much better job on the stairs and the wear in the high-traffic areas is definitely less visible. There are still some darker areas in front of where the sofas were, and a few streaks were left when the carpet dried, but again, a considerable improvement. The buyers were satisfied. <br /> We had a couple of communication glitches. I wanted a written estimate, but never received the promised email. The day of the service, they called to say they needed to come a couple of hours later than scheduled. It was somewhat inconvenient because the house was unoccupied and I had to rearrange my plans to be there. Other than that, it was fine. The price was as agreed upon and the cleaners were professional and pleasant.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

He did not try to pressure me into work I did not want done, but he also was very willing to do extra work (cleaning the chairs & stairs) that I had not originally ordered.
