"I would describe Lonnie as skilled and trustworthy. From the start he gave us an accurate timeline and was straightforward with when he would be able to start the project which was a few months out. He kept us informed of progress and returned calls/texts the same day. The final cost of the project was only slightly above the quoted price. The difference being the need to install the sewage pump versus extending the sewage line. As with any old home, there are likely to be issues meeting the current building codes. Lonnie always addressed these issues immediately with the building inspector to find an acceptable solution rather than moving forward and hoping the inspector wouldn't catch it or guessing at a solution that would be acceptable to the inspector. Lonnie was also willing to work with us so we were able to do some of the work to lower costs: trim work, painting, and installing ship-lap. We will certainly be working with Raven Builders for any other projects."

"Mike, dba Satellite Dish Installer, did a great job of removing my formerly used DISH satellite from the top center peak of my two story home. Mike was very easy to coordinate with, arrived 10 minutes early (always a plus) and was very quick in removing my DISH. He fully explained what he would do, and actually did, for me and caulked the holes where the DISH struts were removed to prevent rain penetration. He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it."

"I got estimate from Dave regarding a master bath shower (grout staining from hard water), shower glass door sealing (against hard water staining), removal and installation of silicone grout around shower pan along with toilet bowl sealing. I also had estimate on another shower, with tile surround but no shower glass door. Dave gave me an itemized list and answered all my concerns about various areas. I decided that I only wanted one shower done at a time to allow for curing time of silicone. I scheduled work with Dave and explained what I wanted. He said he or his other installer, Tim would be here around 9 am to work on scheduled day. Tim arrived promptly and was a pleasure to work with the whole time that he was here. There was a slight odor from one of the products used, but a few open windows and a fan took care of it in a hour or so. I think that the quality of work seemed really good and hope that the products used will be helpful in maintaining the shower's beauty."

"I have very mixed feelings about this firm;  I indicated I would use them again because in the end they did exceptional work and completed the work in an extremely efficient and timely manner.  I am very pleased with the actual work that was done and the faucets are wonderful.   Having said that,  I can't say the same for the overall experience - particularly with regard to  customer service issues that occurred prior to the actual call.   I set up this call 4 days ahead of time as I had one day open and needed to set up some other things around the plumbing call -- but that was my priority.   The person I spoke with told me they would call me back that afternoon with a time for the day I requested however nobody called.   I left two additional voicemails over the next 24 hours and finally got a call back telling me that the plumber would arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 on my requested day.  I was also told that someone would call me for more details on the actual work, however that never happened.  When the day came,  12:00 came and went with no plumber and no phone call.  Plumber finally arrived a bit after 12:30. A half an hour late is not a big deal but because I experienced such a lack of response from them initially I was pretty convinced that no one was going to show up at all.   My suggestion would be that Duda either expand the window for calls...or make a quick phone call when there is going to be a delay.  I believe pretty much everyone has access to mobile phones - shouldn't be a big deal."
