"Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. "Downspouts from gutters and sump pump discharge were extended and buried under lawn to divert water out to street (away from our foundation). Materials used for drainage was heavy duty PVC pipes (not corrugated plastic tubing), we are confident it will last and not collapse or degrade over time. It is also attractive (at least as far as gutters go), as they used proper fittings to match up to existing downspouts. Used green plastic 'pop-ups' at the exit points which blend into yard and are positioned such that they can be easily mowed over. Lawn was minimally disturbed, they saved and replaced the grassy chunks where possible, and reseeded the rest. Very pleased."

"I was very impressed with the unit Sam Jarnigan Electric Heat and Air installed. It is a geothermal heat pump. But, I am less than satisfied with the service I got. It was installed in August and we are still waiting on them to finish some things. They also left me for 24 hours on a 90 degree day with no air conditioning and no water. After assuring me that it would only be shut down for a couple hours while they shut down the one unit and installed the next. They started a week early too so that my husband could be there because he was on vacation that week. They dug in the wrong place when they installed the piping and they completely dug up our garden which we'd spent years on. So, our garden is ruined when it didn't have to be. They keep promising us to come back and bring us filters which we are suppose to change every 60 days. We are now running out of the original filters. We've called them several times and they say that they are in and that somebody will come by, but they never do. They did do everything technically well as far as the installation process - besides digging in the wrong area."
