"I left him a message and he called me back within 30 minutes. 45 minutes later he was at my house. I have waited days for other plumbers in the past. I hired him to unclog a drain but he quickly figured out that the drain was not the issue. My sump pump was not pumping water out of the house yet the sump pump was working. He found the issue and fixed it and could have been done but he went above and beyond he spent extra time to reconfigure the whole setup and replaced a part because of it's age, that was still working, at no charge.
