"I purchased a Big Deal for $80 for Two Hours of Handyman Service or Painting with Smileys Painting & Home Repair. Gregg came out to repair my screen door and install a metal bar so the cat cannot pull the screen out. He also changed florescent light bulbs, cleaned my gutters and ceiling vent fan, and tightened up the handle on my shower. It was a very good experience for me, he was friendly and professional, and I would use his services again."

"I wanted to comment on Integrity 1st Roofing. On 4/1/19, Shaun came to my home to inspect my roof and give me a bid on a replacement. He was a true professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and explained each step that would be taken during the replacement. The communication from Carolyn in the office was also exceptional. She sent additional information I requested to aid in my decision and checked several times to ensure I had received it. A pleasurable experience all around. I would have no problem recommending this company to family and friends looking for a roofing estimate."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
Thanks

"The power washed surfaces look great. It made such a difference. The decks look great too. Prior to washing and re-staining, I was concerned we needed to rebuild them. The power washing alone brought them back to life. Then, they replaced the bad boards, even repairing a few for no additional charge and the decks look really good. Brian and Bill also told me the stain colors they've used most and shared thoughts on different colors which helped me narrow down to my color and I love the choice. The work started when promised and the foreman Brian worked to get the job completed prior to my deadline, which was an event we were hosting.
With respect to the size of the job, I don't know the sizes of my decks, but three of them would hold two seats and a side table comfortably, which the 4th is very large, with built in benches around the perimeter that could fit 15-20. The pool is at least 25 feet long w/ room for a 10 seat patio table. The original price was around $3900, and the final price around $4400 with the additional work. The offer of the additional work was really helpful. I was looking up how to re-mortar or thinking who to call. The price was maybe $250. I didn't shop around, but it felt reasonable, especially when I factored in the convenience of completing the work right away and not having to take more time off work to get estimates for the job and to do the work.
Bill Jones was very responsive. I had a problem with the excess mortar not washing away as Brian said it would (perhaps our water pressure was not great enough). Someone came by the next day and took care of it. I was very pleased with my experience with Queen City Pressure Washing and would use them in the future and recommend them to others.

"The job was well performed! Mr. Tucker was patient and communicated well; including educating me on the possibilities as I had a door that was not standard. He provided an outline of the work to be performed and the costs for materials and labor. He stuck to that estimate. The door and screen door look absolutely awesome! I will definitely hire him again!"

"Shawn was the first to call when I requested a pro from Angie's List. He was on the job promptly, installed the new keypad, programmed it, and oiled the motor on the opener. He obviously knows what he's doing! Thanks!"
