"After recently moving into a new home - we have many different projects that are ongoing.  One idea we had was to wash and seal the existing decks and stairway.  I contacted Queen City Pressure Washing for a bid and was extremely impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to do the job soon.  Please keep in mind that we have a lot of deck square footage (1 large deck and 2 smaller ones) and this would have been a full 3 day project.
Unfortunately, we decided to put this project on the backburner for now since other projects are more important at the moment.  But we felt very comfortable with Queen City and will certainly contact them without fail in the Fall or Spring, when this project gets to the top of the list.  Fortunately, we will be able to move quickly at that time and won't have to waste time contacting additional vendors.
It seems rare anymore to find a really good contractor especially on the first try - but hopefully Queen City will change this perception in the coming months.  I will report back in terms of the quality and final product one the project is fully completed.

"Front door area was changed from a colonial style to a mission style. Work was done well and came out exactly the way I wanted.

Rear deck was completely torn down to framing. One portion was demolished altogether and a concrete slab removed. I bought the materials to redo the deck and J&M did the labor. They did a nice job on the deck (using Trex materials) and it all looks fantastic."
