"Chris did an awesome job remodeling two of our bathrooms. He installed new vanities, manufactured wood flooring, toilets, baseboard and other finishing touches. The new bathrooms are so nice. Chris was great to work with and has excellent communication skills. He did these jobs when we were out of town and sent us photos as the project progressed and got in touch with us about any suggestions he had along the way. We also hired Chris to replace some rotted fascia birds and gutters after the first job. "The house needed to be sided and painted prior to our VA loan being approved.  Our closing was dependent upon this work being completed and the seller was paying for the work.  Even so, Mr. Childress allowed us to insert our opinions all along the way. A project of this size will have some bumps and Scatter Creek handled each of the problems with open, clear communication.  The timeline promised for project completion was aggressive, but everything worked out and we were able to close on the house in time.  While doing the work, Mr. Childress pointed out some other projects that were not immediate concerns, but he would be willing to do the work.
