"Very professional and prompt! This company cares! In the Initial visit Art took time to thoroughly check entire house for mold. Was very concerned and told me he would be here Monday, 3 days later to take care of of the problem! He and his crew arrived Monday morning and got straight to work! Cleaned up everything after they finished. Very good company!"

"I am so glad I hired Pacific Water Damage! First, let me say that Mr Ruban Logan is absolutely one of the nicest people I've ever met. He did a fantastic job repairing my living room ceiling which had been botched-up by another comany. Unfortunately, I'd had a roof leak several years ago and had hired someone to repair it. It looked just terrible and I thought I was just going to have to live with it. When I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List, I thought, what have I got to loose? Maybe it can be fixed, and I took a chance. Mr Logan came out on a Saturday for me, took a look, saw what needed to be done to fix it, and just like magic, he made it happen. I am so pleased. I never dreamed it would look this good ever again! Mr Logan is a gem! He was kind, thoughtful, punctual, and professional. I highly recommend him and his work!

"They did a real good job. They were real professional. We can now open the garage door from the inside of the house and now it is so smooth that we have to check to see if we hit the button to open it or close it. Before we used to know when it was opening or closing because it used to make a noise. It helps when you move to a city where you are new. "
