He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

All work was done to my satisfaction, only was compleded a day late. The only thing that was bad was loosing that day. Our home only has one bathroom and we were unable to use it for a little longer than anticipated. I would use this company again. There was no way they could have anticipated the family emergency and they overcame that well. I did have some small issues, but they were willing to come back and take care of them."

"Everybody showed up on time and did the work less than the time that was projected. Everybody came when they were supposed to. I didn't have anybody who wasn't pleasant or didn't attend to business. I was very happy."

Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"
