"Fantastic job. Kyle has done other remodeling and repair jobs for us over the years. Several years ago, probably around 7-8 years ago, I called Kyle about replacing our 20 year old (maybe older?) roof. At that time, he said that the roof still had another 5 years or so of good out of it. When we developed a leak after our last big storm, he came and made a quick patch (for free) and gave us an estimate on a total replacement. He replaced our roof and everything was done very professionally and it turned out great. He even repaired a problem on our rafters at no additional cost (something that couldn't be seen at the time of the estimate for replacing the roof). Everything was cleaned up very nicely. We went with a metal roof instead of shingles and we love it. (He was even nice enough to have his workers dig out an old basketball goal that was by the driveway)"

It was major structural home repair, stabilization work. They were here for several days. They were clean, professional, hard working. They did a good job. "It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put. Our indecision is not fair to a potential house keeper so we are just putting the project on hold till we have some answers. I appreciated her prompt response and reply to my inquiry. "We first hired the Davenports to rebuild a utility room which housed a water heater and well tank that was in need of reconstruction due to prolonged water damage. Bruce was very responsive and came to estimate the job the next day. His price was fair and we hired them to build the utility room and a new deck. These guys did awesome work! The deck is really well built, very sturdy and a very high level of craftsmanship. Bruce matched our roofline with the utility room rebuild and had better ideas than me with how to design it, great job! After seeing their quality of work we hired them to build an addition onto our cabin, we had been looking for someone in the area for over a year. Bruce and his sons came in on budget and on time! The new addition is excellent, we added a master bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower, laundry closet and walk in closet. The overall design and execution is extremely high quality and Bruce, Matt, and Houston were very professional about everything. We live in Fl and received pictures via text messages each day showing progress on the job. We just came home from spending a week in our new room addition and could not be more pleased.
