Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Mount Airy, MD

"Deck and Shed pros provided excellent service when they recently replaced 4 of our front porch posts. Jim came by to look at the job and provided guidance on what needed to be done to replace the porch posts. He patiently answered all of our questions. The price they quoted was reasonable. Once we signed the contract the work was scheduled without any delays. The porch posts were replaced with care and the job was done to our liking. We very much appreciate the work done by Jim’s team. His team was very detail oriented. Overall we were very happy with his work."

"The job went great. They came out removed the old deck flooring, stairs and nails. During the project they kept the site clean of debris, nails and trash. They put down new deck flooring, provided deck trap door for water faucet access, new stairs, sanded off writing on lumber and added rail for the stairs (concrete posts for stability). They waited to stain the deck after wood had been exposed to elements and dried. The team let us know when they were coming to do work and what to expect. Their cost was reasonable and they were not like other companies that just wanted to sell and do things that were not necessary."

"We have a beautiful new deck thanks to a great team at Fence and Deck Connection! I will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors."

"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

"I was impressed by the results that the team that build our new deck (John K., Teo, Fernando, and Lester) produced. They accurately followed the agreed upon design, adapting professionally as necessary to any surprises they encountered, ultimately designing and building a deck that exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and sturdy - and construction itself took only 2 days, from start to finish! Our family and neighbors have already complimented it without solicitation, and I won't hesitate to recommend Fence & Deck Connection to my friends, neighborhood, and family as a result of the efforts of the team that I named here!"

"Jeff and the crew did a beautiful job on our new deck. We will certainly use them again in the future if needed. They always answered any questions we had. They paid attention to every detail of the build."

"They did very high quality work and my new deck looks beautiful! I was four different estimates I had, they were the only ones that took the time to specifically say what was included in how much it would cost. The estimate also was the lowest and most on target."

"We needed to replace our 20 year old fence on North Chelsea Lane in Bethesda. Remodeling Depot came in with a competitive bid and did a very professional job with a experienced crew and wood not from Home Depot but from nearby West Virginia, completing the relatively large project within a day-and-a-half. Would strongly recommend."
