"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"We had a 5" gutter and the guards were not affected because we have a large Maple tree.  The guy that came to do the work said that we needed a larger gutter due to the roof overhang.  He sold us a 6" heavier gauge metal.  In talking with other people, two other providers said that the gutters are larger and heavier than what we needed.  I feel like we didn't need these upgraded gutters that he sold to us.

"Fair. They missed a number of spots and, although we tried to call them several times to ask for a revisit, they did not return calls. We did not read the ad right, and the gutter cleaning was only for the exterior. Although the tech said they could do it for an additional $x, they were unavailable to make this request as well. House looks much better than it did, though. They will be using your water, not theirs."

Brian came out and spoke to my husband and I and emailed me his quote. I felt very comfortable with what Brian had to say about replacing and repairing the roof. When I would call I would get a return call with in a reasonable time frame. I upgraded to the energy efficient shingle and he informed me it would take an extra week to get and was I ok with the wait, which we were. He called again about a week later to ask if he could start the job and we agreed. Everything was done professionally. All the debris was removed and the roof put on in 1 day. I was very happy with the work.
