"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"Ask for Craig. His official title is VP of Operations, but I think he needs a new job title: Miracle Worker. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.

"North Lake repaired and replaced multiple water pipe issues for us, and installed a new water heater. Our kitchen drain line and sump pump lines were old and needed replaced. The North Lake crew was friendly, efficient, and well priced. They even explained all they did, how to maintain it, and helped me with a few other questions I had while they were there. 10/10 will call them again."

"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. All in all they were honest, punctual, professional, and did a fabulous job. If you need a water heater repair or a new water heater do yourself a favor and call Affordable Water Heaters."

"I hired WaterHeatersNow for replacing my old tank water heater with a Rinnai RUR199iN tankless water heater. The technician, Nate came in on time. Before starting the work, Nate discussed his work plan with me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was willing to take my suggestions and was willing to accommodate my suggestions into his work plan. He planned his work in such a way that the hot/cold water supply interruptions during the install were minimum. He cleaned up the work space after the work was completed. He did a fabulous job! Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend WaterHeatersNow for anyone who is looking for water heater install."

"It was an emergency. Build up of water under refrigerator due to an old water filter and broken housing caused a leak in the basement, He removed my refrigerator, removed the filter and housing and cleaned up the water, making sure the water was shut off to the ice maker."
