"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"First, let me start by saying that we are extremely pleased with the end result of the kitchen renovation. My designer, Catherine, created a great space to my specifications which was not easy as we were more aware of what we did not like versus what we liked. The project manager, Adem, was professional and kept to the time table. Luis, the head contractor was also very good and his crews were excellent. We were particularly impressed on how tidy they left the work space every day and the quality of their work. Our one small complaint is the lack of communication we experienced. Catherine often promised getting back to us within a day and we did not hear from her for weeks. The progress of the work could have been explained more clearly to us (this was our first renovation ever so did not know what to expect at all): a weekly email would alleviate a lot of the questions we asked. The renovation of a kitchen is no easy project as it is so disruptive to the day-to-day running of a home but we feel that KBR Kitchen accomplished the renovation in a timely manner and we just love how it looks. "I can’t say enough about my satisfaction level (easily surpassed) by the services of Thomas Martin’s remodeling. My two-decades-old master bathroom sorely needed an up-do. Tom demonstrated the utmost reliability and professionalism right at the initial assessment/estimate and throughout the entire design/project completion. Tom re-designed my shower/tub combo with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower; replaced tile flooring as well as replacing vanity tops and installing additional lighting. I found Tom to be uniquely ‘on-top’ of the design, material ordering, scheduling and with excellent craftsmanship to produce an exquisite master bathroom. Tom made this major overhaul an easy and hugely rewarding home-upgrade."

"I interviewed a number of local contractors, all with high Angie?s List ratings, for a master bath remodel project. I?m planning to put the house on the market shortly afterward so was not looking for a gold-plated, Trump Taj Mahal redesign, but a quality job using classic design elements that would not alienate potential buyers. Todd and his crew from TLG Tile delivered a stunning finished product and I could not be happier. For about $2000 more than a quote from another contractor that was going to produce an ?I picked all this stuff up at Home Depot? style bathroom I got a custom master bath that, quite literally, makes me wonder every day if I really want to sell the house.
Every member of the crew TLG brought in to the do the work was a consummate professional did a fantastic job, from the painters and tile guys to the electrician and plumbers. They completely gutted the bathroom (approx. 12? x 6?) on a Monday and were finished by Friday afternoon. Any little hiccups along the way, and in any project there will be a few, were dealt with quickly and professionally and never impacted the schedule in a significant way. 
I would recommend TLG Tile to any List member without hesitation and plan on using them in the future any time I need kitchen, bath or tile work done.
