"Called Augustine Roofing to have them look at the damage. They promptly sent a contractor, Dakota, to assess the damage. Dakota offered to climb the roof and inspect the damage even though it was quite windy. He was able to get into the attic and visually confirm that the leak was from the roof. But we decided not to get on to the roof because of the wind. The very day they were able to provide an estimate in writing. After a week we had it repaired without much hassle. They were able to fix a date as soon as I signed the documents and they promptly showed up on the agreed upon date and fixed the roof in a timely manner."

"We were very pleased with Amazing Skylights.  Rich came out and after checking our exiting skylights gave us an estimate on the two skylights and a SolaTube; there was no pressure salesmanship.  We arranged to have the work done and his staff was able to install the two skylights in one morning.



We also purchased a SolaTube as our family room was quite dark during the daytime.  Rich and his staff  installed the SolaTube in an afternoon (same day as the skylights).  Installing the SolaTube required cutting into our roof and bringing the tube from the roof through a small area in a linen closet on the second floor and ending up in the family room.  Sunlight is now reflected through the tube and brings bright sunlight into our family room during the day.  We are very pleased with the workmanship and the clean up with Amazing Skylights, Inc.

"Fantastic experience! Nhoj Snekeim called me a few minutes after I contacted Home Advisor, and came to the house the same day to look at my house. A piece of metal trim had been torn off by a wind storm. I was impressed with the excellent customer service, and honesty displayed. Due to hail damage, I needed a whole new roof, and Nhoj met with the insurance adjuster, who agreed, and approved the job. The Atlantic crew worked very hard, finishing the job in the dark, at 8:00 pm with flashlights so the roof would be secure before the snowstorm that arrived the next morning. The work was done on time as scheduled, and the crew performed an excellent job. Photos are used to show the old roof and the work being done, which I keep for the record. The 'no leak' lifetime warranty applies to labor and materials. In addition, the GAF lifetime manufacturer's limited warranty applies to material defects. These warranties are transferable. The cost is a little over my budget, but with the materials used, the quality of work, and the lifetime warranties, I think it's worth it."
