"The whole job went exceedingly well. Matt was particularly helpful in helping us decide exactly what we wanted to do and made several changes that we decided on in mid-job without complaint or question. The job went quickly and every part of it was completed professionally. We had S & S replace our windows several years again with similar excellent results and they stand behind their work and products. We highly recommend them!"

"After stripping the old roof, a few of the underlying boards required replacement. Those rate for those repairs were estimated in the original quote and were reasonably priced. My roof is a fairly simple gabled roof with limited penetration; but, I was still surprised that they were able to finish in one day. A co-worker of mine had previously used this company to replace his roof and was pleased. I'm pleased too. Recommend."

"Haley Hahn arrived on time and quickly cleaned out the gutters. While on site they also gave a rough quote of replacing my existing gutters with new larger sized gutters & downspouts plus adding gutter guards as well. I will definitely have them replace the gutters in another year or so's time."

"It was difficult for the guy because our gutters were pretty clogged but he did a great job and also made some recommendations. I don't remember when this service was provided; it took me a VERY long time to write this review. I rated punctuality as N/A because I honestly don't remember whether they were punctual or not, it was too long ago. I thought the guy was good, though."

"The project was a full encapsulation by Triangle Reconstruction (TR) of a 600 sqft crawl space. I purchased an Angies List deal from TR after consulting many of the reviews (good and bad) that others had written on AL. I tend to view with a healthy dose of skepticism interactions with businesses that have gotten my attention with 'deals', but I was hopeful, given the previous reviews. So I was eager to determine, starting with the first visit from their inspector (Nate), as to whether a) the deal was going to pan out as advertised and b) how much up-sell pressure I was going to have to endure. Nate did confirm the details of what I had already purchased and though he gave me a few additional options to consider, I never felt pressured to purchase any of them. I also appreciated Nate's honesty with several of my probing questions, including one "I don't know" answer, but with a promise to investigate and find out (which he did). My direct interaction with the owner (Rob) was limited (mostly on the front end of the project), but I found him to be very responsive to my calls and emails. The majority of my interaction was with Brian, the Production Manager, who I would say epitomizes what "Customer Service" is supposed to be like (more on that later). Day 1 was mainly spent removing the old insulation and cleaning the subfloor and joists, including a bit of mold remediation. I paid extra for the mold remediation but felt it was worth it given the results, as well as my desire to avoid possible future Buyer Inspector concerns whenever we decide to sell. Day 2 involved the actual encapsulation and proceeded smoothly and quickly (they were done in a 1/2 day) and did a very thorough job. Back to my Customer Experience ... I want to highlight that during the entire process, Brian kept me well informed (with phone calls and texts) about what would be done (and when) and reiterated at least 3 or 4 times that TR did not expect me to pay a single penny until I was completely satisfied with the job. Others may say that, but I found it to be true, since the new air duct installation (by their HVAC subcon) delayed the final inspection by a week and I did not hear a peep from TR about paying up. In other words, they did not even mention the bill until after the final inspection was done and I was satisfied. Also, I'm fairly hands-on with renovation projects at my house but was never made to feel (by Brian) any annoyance with my being too 'particular' about the details of the project. Brian welcomed me to conduct the final Quality Check with him and he made corrections to the few items on my list, right as we did the final walk- (actually 'crawl')-through. Sorry, couldn't resist. All in all, this was one of the more pleasant interactions I have had with companies providing a service at my house and I would not hesitate to call TR again or recommend them to family, friends and neighbors."

"I had never replaced a roof before this so I had no experience to draw from. This was a good experience. Ryan provided me a very competitive quote. His excitement over Crossover and his industry was contagious and I was confident in my selection even though th price was lower than other bids. Rueben, the crew leader, arrived a few minutes early on the day that they were expected. He shook my hand, introduced himself, and informed me about the project. The work again began and this crew’s commitment to working is really unsurpassed. They worked tirelessly until the roof was finished. The project went longer than I expected and I wanted to understand. I reached out to Ryan who connected me to Tommy, the area supervisor. Tommy called and informed me of the reasons for the delay, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He then touched base with a text until it was complete (which wasn’t very long at all). The night that the work was completed there was a pouring rain. It was nice to sit in my house confident that all is well. If I made any recommendations for the firm, it would be to proactively reach out mid-project, in case the new roof is for a nervous newbie like me. I would highly recommend Crossover Roofing!"

"Tom is an amazing craftsman.  He is not a carpenter or a remodeling company, he is a craftsman, an artist, and totally awesome.  I am a repeat customer and I don't want anyone except Tom to do my work.  His attention to detail is amazing.  His work is perfect.  He makes sure everything is perfect or he does it over.  There isn't a word in the English language to describe his work.  He takes pride in his work, he loves his work, and he does it right.  He is always on time and there when he says he will be.  He cleans up his mess EVERY DAY>  he is totally amazing.  If you like makeovers on HGTV you haven't seen anything until you see what Tom can do.  I only wish I could post the before and after pictures.  You would be totally blown away.  We certainly are."
